The Joni and W. Kip Viscusi ‘67 Learning Support Center

This photo is at the entrance of the Viscusi Learning Support Center at St. Xavier High School in Louisville, KY. Viscusi and Hersch’s donation funded the establishment of the Center, which represented a major educational innovation both for the school and the region.

The Joni and W. Kip Viscusi Learning Support Center (VLSC) provides resources for students with learning differences and supports faculty in ensuring accommodations and equal access to learning for all St. X students. Open to all students, the center is staffed by four dedicated faculty members who offer academic and organizational support.

This photo was taken at the entrance of the Social Studies Hall at St. Xavier High School in Louisville, KY. Viscusi and Hersch funded the renovation of the 12 classrooms that comprise the social studies hall in the school.
